Robert Feinberg

Sr. VP/Principal
Colliers International US
Biography:
Building on his 36 years of commercial real estate experience, Bob Feinberg has earned an impressive portfolio of successful national and multi-market real estate transactions. His expertise in national retail representation has evolved with retail as e-commerce has grown, now focusing on industrial logistics. Understanding the “bones” of logistics and blending that knowledge with his experience in retail has been the basis for forging Bob’s unique specialization in IndustRetail. Bob brings complete knowledge of the entire supply chain from beginning to end user to his clients. Bob’s early successes include representing the first three Albuquerque Walmart Supercenters, which were anchors for his successful leasing efforts of Towne Park Plaza, a 50-acre Power Center; Sycamore Plaza, a 26-acre neighborhood center; and a 14-acre Walmart Supercenter, which was formerly the renowned New Mexico Chevrolet dealership, Ed Black’s. Concurrent to these benchmark shopping centers, Bob brought Staples, Dick’s Sporting Goods, DSW, CVS, Dave & Buster’s, Panera Bread, Harbor Freight, Home Depot and Lowe’s Home Improvement Centers, amongst many other retailers, to New Mexico and has represented many across the country. Most recently, Bob was instrumental in bringing Amazon’s one million square foot facility to Los Lunas, New Mexico and he currently represents one of the largest master-planned logistic parks in the U.S., Rancho Del Rey Logistics Park, a 235 acre, 4 million square foot Industrial Park in El Paso, TX. Additionally, Bob maintains a wide tenant representation list including Albertsons, Smith’s Food & Drug Centers (Kroger), Chick-Fil-A, Chuze Fitness, and the only New Mexico Whataburger franchisee. Bob brings his extensive industry experience and passion to every transaction. No matter how demanding the situation, he succeeds in producing successful outcomes for his clients and delivers innovative, custom solutions. His dedication to building strong relationships is evident to his clients, both landlords and tenants. Bob works to ensure the right fit by identifying qualified tenants, the right terms with his market insights and the best possible outcomes for all. Member Directory  Arrow
