Aaron Haas

Biography: Aaron Haas is an agile design and construction management leader of successful project driven teams. Most recently he was the Executive Vice President of Design and Construction for The Howard Hughes Corporation where he provided leadership to project teams ensuring design and construction goals were achieved by establishing and maintaining accurate budgets and tracking projects on schedule, all in an effort to design and build extraordinary environments. He was instrumental in bringing Lean Principals to these complex projects to provide transparency and predictability. Mr. Haas has extensive experience in the development, design and construction industries. His skills include master planning, design and construction management of mixed use projects, hotels, luxury shopping centers, theme parks and attractions, colleges, K-12 schools, hi-tech facilities, hospitals, medical office buildings, merchandise facilities, restaurants and custom homes. His previous work included positions at major corporations such as Walt Disney Imagineering and Caruso Affiliated in Los Angeles. At Disney, Mr. Haas worked on various stages of large complex projects, including EuroDisneyland in Paris, France; Disney’s California Adventure; Walt Disney World’s Animal Kingdom and other attractions. At Caruso Affiliated, he worked on award-winning developments, including the Americana At Brand in Glendale, CA, and 8500 Burton Way, Los Angeles, both mixed use luxury apartment and retail projects. Mr. Haas is a graduate of Arizona State University with a B.S. in Construction Engineering and minor in Real Estate Development.
