Biography:

With 30 years in commercial real estate, I have extensive experience in development, acquisition / dispositions, leasing and asset management providing clients with strategic and collaborative means to improve their real estate holdings. Since the late 90's I've focused on retail assets including neighborhood and community shopping centers and retail development. I represented Duke Realty in the disposition of 40+ acres, with multiple buyers and transactions, that led to the development of over 1M sf of retail, hospitality and restaurants in Whitestown, IN. I currently represent Valvoline and MyEyeDr. in site acquisitions throughout Indiana along with retail leasing and out lot sales and continue to market and sell retail investments. Member Directory
