Jeffery Hayward

Biography: Jeffery R. Hayward is Fannie Mae's Executive Vice President and Head of Multifamily. Mr. Hayward is responsible for all of the Company's Multifamily business functions. Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Division is the leading provider of liquidity for quality rental housing in the United States, in every market, for every income level, every day. Multifamily serves a wide spectrum of the market, including conventional, rent-restricted, cooperatives, seniors, student housing, and manufactured housing communities, as well as finances all loan sizes, from a one-million-dollar single-asset loan to a multi-billion-dollar structured transaction facility. Multifamily’s business is executed through its Delegated Underwriting & Servicing (DUS®) Lender network and is the only proven risk-sharing model in the country. Mr. Hayward began serving in this role in January 2012 as Senior Vice President and has been with Fannie Mae since 1987 in various leadership positions throughout the company.
