Jonathan and his investors own more than 10,000 apartments in 30 communities with a combined real estate value exceeding $2 billion. The company also has an additional $500 million of new communities in various stages of development and construction in downtown Detroit, Cincinnati, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Louisville, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Ann Arbor and the east coast. Nationally recognized for his vision, innovation and execution, Jonathan has been highly active in the apartment industry for nearly 40 years.
