Biography:

I am a partner with Keener-Squire Properties, a Washington, DC-based developer and owner/operator of multi-family properties. I have been with Keener-Squire since 2003. Keener-Squire has been engaged in the acquisition, renovation, construction, conversion and management of residential property in northwest Washington, D.C. since 1984. The current portfolio contains approximately 2,000 rental units in 16 buildings. The majority of the portfolio is located in the Washington, DC neighborhoods of Dupont Circle, Logan Circle, West End and Woodley Park I grew up in Alexandria, VA and graduated from Stanford University in 1999 with a BA in Political Science. Previous to Keener-Squire I worked in the structured finance group at CapitalSource in DC, in acquisitions at KBS Realty Advisors in Boston, and in investment sales for Grubb & Ellis in DC.
