Biography: Ken Lowney AIA, LEED AP Ken Lowney founded Lowney Architecture in 2003 and is the President and Design Director of the firm. Mr. Lowney focuses his practice on the entitlement phases of projects. His particular areas of expertise include site utilization studies, building design, community public hearings and city presentations. Mr. Lowney has worked with owners, large and small corporations, city governments, communities and private developers to get projects entitled in cities around the San Francisco Bay Area. Project experiences include grocery stores, restaurants, retail, offices, multifamily housing, parking structures, bridges, specific plans and urban design. He has won numerous design awards from business and trade organizations, including the American Institute of Architects.
