Biography:
Alberto Medina – Senior Vice President Controller and Risk Manager Wilson Meany Before Alberto joined the Wilson Meany team more than fifteen years ago, he was the Portfolio Accounting Manager at The Swig Company in San Francisco where he teamed with the CFO and Controller on all financial reporting, lease administration, compliance, and treasury for a privately-held real estate owner/operator. Earlier, he was a Portfolio Accountant at Hollis & Associates in Larkspur, CA. While there, he published monthly financial reports issued to clients and was responsible for all facets of the monthly close for properties under third-party management agreements. RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees all back-office functions, including but not limited to, financial reporting, tax compliance, entity maintenance, risk management, payroll and human resources, IT applications platform and advocacy reporting, as well as special projects for Wilson Meany’s strategic partners; Stockbridge Capital Group and The Kroenke Group. SPECIALIZATION: All aspects of finance and risk management as regards CRE development and management.
