Stephen Dudash
Biography: Steve Dudash is the Director of Special Projects at the Navy Yard Charleston working with Jamestown, LP. The Navy Yard is a special district in North Charleston of up to 400 acres of repurposed Navy Base properties along the Cooper River. Current efforts include urban design, master planning, site planning, resiliency code design, and sustainability design. Steve has 39 years of experience in design, urban design, master planning, urban planning, and landscape architecture. His breadth of market sector experience includes New Towns, Transit initiatives, Open Space, Commercial, Recreation & Government. His projects have won numerous design awards and have included Walkable Communities, Resorts, Neighborhoods, Parks, and Transportation Corridors as well as incorporating sustainable practices. Steve is currently on the Board of Governors for SC ULI, Chair of RealityReCheck, Chair of Lowcountry Rapid Transit, Chair of OneRegion Connections committee, and is a founding member of The Coastal Transit Institute. Steve is on the ULI SC Diversity Equity & Inclusion committee. He is a graduate of the '06 Riley Diversity Leadership as well as the Graduate Class of 2020. Steve is on the City of Charleston Resiliency Committees of Transportation, and Carbon Sinks.
