James Moore

Biography:
James A. Moore, Ph.D., AIA, AICP, CRE, LEED AP BD+C, ENV SP James A. Moore has over 35 years of technical and managerial experience and leadership in urban redevelopment, community planning, development consulting and urban design. He has held executive positions in leading global AEC firms, building integrated teams to address major city building challenges, winning work, and leading award-winning projects through North America, the Middle East, China and Asia-Pacific. He has particular expertise in organizing and managing complex urban redevelopment projects; areas of technical expertise include the integration of physical design and economic development, urban regeneration, urban sustainability, urban design, design guidelines, community engagement, and leading multi-stakeholder participatory events. His projects integrate concerns for physical, social and economic revitalization and involve intense client interaction and community participation. James is available to work with developers, consultants and client groups across a wide range of city-building projects in geographies around the world. Moore received his Ph.D. and M.Arch from the University of Pennsylvania, and his BS and MS in Real Estate Development from MIT. Member Directory  Arrow
