Mike has over 30 years of experience in the Homebuilding Industry focusing on the acquisition and monetization of large-scale residential developments, specifically structuring capital partnerships to maximize risk-adjusted returns. Mike works for Brookfield Properties as VP of Land and Housing overseeing acquisitions and development for their Central Texas Region. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mike spent 10 years working with TriPointe Homes responsible for monetizing their $1 billion land portfolio and overseeing M&A to expand the company into key national markets. Prior to joining TPH, he spent over 17 years with William Lyon Homes in their Northern and Southern California Divisions as Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition and Entitlements. Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Laura and their three children. Their family is involved with various non-profit organizations that serve the needs of the homeless. Member Directory
