Paul Moyer Principal - Jacobs Advance Planning Group Arlington, Virginia Paul Moyer, AICP, ENV SP, has positively impacted communities worldwide through his award-winning and integrative approach to planning. Through his 30-year career delivering hundreds of carefully considered plans for diverse clients in metropolitan areas, Paul has learned how to balance economic, environmental, and transportation issues, and help drive toward the best solution for each project, client, and set of stakeholders. Paul focuses on how his plans, once implemented, will impact people’s lives, using this understanding to effectively communicate technical information to audiences with a wide range of understanding and opinions. Paul’s passion for planning has made him a leader in the planning community—his excitement for projects is contagious, and he consistently looks for opportunities to help teach the next generation of planners how to develop pragmatic plans supported by informed consensus Whether a client is a federal government agency, a branch of the U.S. military, a large county or municipality, an institution of higher learning, or a redevelopment corporation, Paul has demonstrated an ability to develop inspirational and pragmatic plans that reflect the needs and input of the stakeholders he has engaged to shape the project.
