Matthew Norris
Biography: Supports ULI's Building Healthy Places Initiative and works on projects linking health, sustainability, and development. Engages with ULI members to influence development practice in ways that promote health, wellbeing, and enhanced real estate project success. Manages and supports the implementation of core programs, including ULI’s American Cities Climate Challenge partnership, the 10-Minute Walk Campaign, and the District Council Task Forces for Health and Social Equity. Primary or contributing author of multiple ULI publications, including "Healthy Housing for All: How Affordable Housing is Leading the Way", "The Case for Open Space: Why the Real Estate Industry Should Invest in Parks and Open Spaces," "Agrihoods: Cultivating Best Practices", "Cultivating Development: Trends and Opportunities at the Intersection of Food and Real Estate", and "Active Transportation and Real Estate: The Next Frontier".
