Biography:

Scott H. Nelson Senior Vice President – Development Macerich Phoenix, Arizona Scott Nelson currently works as Senior Vice President of Development for Macerich, where he manages regional retail development and redevelopment projects in the Phoenix metropolitan area. He has more than 15 years experience in real estate and management consulting. Prior to his position at Macerich, Scott worked with Ernst & Young’s Management Consulting practice where he worked with several Fortune 500 companies to implement business best practices. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Scott received a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California and a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Among other things, Scott is presently working on the redevelopment of Scottsdale Fashion Square and the Biltmore Fashion Park. Member Directory
