Biography: KEVIN OSBURN, ASLA, PLA President/ Managing Principal Rundell Ernstberger Associates Kevin Osburn is a registered landscape architect and urban designer with over 30 years of experience in the planning and design of urban spaces, parks, pedestrian and bicycle transportation projects, and sustainable sites. As President and Managing Principal at REA, Kevin leads the firm's focus on providing transformational placemaking solutions that foster connection, shared experience, and a high quality of life essential to healthy and vibrant communities.
