Mr. Sandler D. Passman, Banker • Mr. Passman joined John B. Levy & Company as an equity banker in 2013. John B. Levy & Co (www.jblevyco.com) is a boutique real estate investment bank located in Richmond, VA offering a wide array of financial, investment, and advisory services for complex real estate ventures. The bank has extensive experience across the breadth of commercial real estate finance, including office, multi-family, industrial, retail, and hospitality. The company places both equity and debt, and has transacted deals ranging in size from $2mm to $100mm+. Mr. Passman’s responsibilities include: sales & marketing, relationship management, and operational analysis. He is tasked with topline revenue generation, as well as the company’s strategic positioning. • Preceding John B. Levy & Company, Mr. Passman cofounded and was President & CEO of SilverStaff, Inc, a health care management company providing clinical laboratory and diabetes services, with an emphasis on rural access. In his role as President and CEO, he oversaw the daily operations of SilverStaff, including managing a nationwide operation, designing and executing on a multi-staged business plan, and raising capital under a Reg D offering. During his two-year stint as CEO, Mr. Passman led the company from a concept to a profitable venture. • Prior to starting SilverStaff, Mr. Passman was a founder and principal at Landmark Capital, LLC, a specialty finance company providing structuring and liquidity to businesses and individuals seeking to purchase life insurance.
