Kelsey Rose

Biography: Kelsey Rose serves as Senior Manager of Embodied Carbon Strategy. In this role, she oversees Hines’ global efforts to address and ultimately reduce their embodied carbon footprint. She joined Hines in 2023 with almost a decade of experience as an Associate at international structural engineering firm, Magnusson Klemencic Associates, where she led their Sustainability technical team. She also has experience crafting software solutions to address embodied carbon as the Tools Program Manager at the non-profit, Building Transparency. Rose received her Bachelors and Masters degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington.
