Biography:

Combining her management experience and marketing expertise within the music and creative industries, Erica has managed the City of Austin’s Music & Entertainment Division within the Economic Development Department since 2017. The Division oversees the creation and implementation of funding and development programs to support Austin's creative professionals, while accelerating the growth of the city's music and entertainment industries. Erica served as Co-Founder & Co-Executive Director of the Austin School of Film @ Motion Media Arts Center for nearly 10 years, as well as the Director of Marketing & Business Development for Levitation / RVRB before assuming the role of Director of Marketing at ACL Live and 3TEN in 2014. Shamaly holds a BFA in Art History and a BA in Studio Art from the University of Texas at Austin. Member Directory
