Michael Starke

Biography: I am President and CEO of PMD with over 37 years of experience as a consultant in market feasibility analysis and product development for all sectors of the age 50 and older housing and health care continuum. I direct data analysis; market demographic needs studies, consumer research, model development and technical support for strategic community plans for all types of housing and health care products for the age 50 or older market. I am currently involved and have spoken frequently at the national and state level for Leading Age, Argentum, and the National Association of Homebuilders and their 50+ Housing Council. I graduated in 1974 from the University of Cincinnati, College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning with a degree in Community Planning. I was certified as an instructor for the NAHB University of Housing for their CAASH certification program in active adult market feasibility analysis.
