Peter Stone

Biography: Pete Stone is currently a Managing Partner for Trinity Real Estate, a private investment and advisory firm based in Seattle. Trinity focuses on providing strategic investment advise to family offices, acting as wealth managers in the real estate sector. Mr. Stone heads Trinity's Investment and asset management activities. Under Mr Stone's tenure, Trinity has made over 20 investments in a variety of properties, ranging from core properties to heavy value add. Previously, Mr. Stone was with ING Clarion where he was in charge of investment activities for the western US. While at ING, Mr. Stone was involved in over $2 billion of investments and negotiated numerous joint ventures. Mr. Stone has invested in multiple product types, including office. retail. multifamily, industrial, student housing and land. Prior to joining ING, Mr. Stone was an asset manager with Sumitomo Life in NYC overseeing office and hotel assets and a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen in the real estate service group. Mr. Stone attended Cornell University, earning a degree in Hotel Administration in 1987 and an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business in 1992. Mr. Stone is also an adjunct professor at the Runstad Real Estate Department at the University of Washington where he teaches portfolio management classes.
