Pete Stone

Biografía: Pete Stone is currently a Managing Partner for Trinity Real Estate, a private investment and advisory firm based in Seattle. Trinity focuses on providing strategic investment advise to family offices and institutions. Mr. Stone heads Trinity's Investment activities. Previously, Mr. Stone was an SVP at ING Clarion where he was in charge of investing in development and value added projects primarily with developers and operating partners for the western US. While at ING, Mr. Stone was invloved in over $2 billion of investments and negotiated numerous joint vetures. Mr. Stone invested in multiple product types, including office. retail. multifamily, industrial, student housing and land. Prior to joining ING, Mr. Stone was an asset manager with Sumitomo Life in NYC overseeing office and hotel assets and a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen in the real estate service group. Mr. Stone attended Cornell University, earning a degree in Hotel Administartion in 1987 and an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business in 1992. Mr. Stone is also Certified Public Accountant.
