Biography: Jonathan Tinney is a Principal at SvN, a Toronto-based planning and urban design firm recognized for its integrated approach to community building. Before joining SvN, Jonathan served as the Director of Sustainable Planning and Community Development for the City of Victoria in British Columbia. In that role, he led numerous city-wide initiatives focused on housing policy, economic development, heritage conservation, and urban design.
