Biography:
Seattle resident Sabrina Villanueva has worked in the real estate and telecommunications industry for the last 17 years, developing her skills in leasing and managing commercial property, including data center, colocation, retail, and office space. Ms. Villanueva also actively participates on various boards and associations related to transportation, sustainability, public safety, parks, and government affairs. Through these roles, she serves as a conduit for communication with city elected officials and city departments (i.e. SDOT, Seattle Parks, Seattle City Light) on matters of interest relating to our downtown neighborhoods. Ms. Villanueva tracks and advises on transportation issues and opportunities related to mobility, parking, street cars, bus service, and bike lanes. She also participates in Downtown Seattle Association (DSA) committees geared towards improving and maintaining a vibrant, active, and healthy city. Preceding her professional career, Ms. Villanueva pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Chinese at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. After graduating in 2004, she went on to study Business and Leadership at City University of Seattle, where she obtained a Master of Business Administration in 2010.
