Katrina Wright

Biography: Trina Wright is a Consultant in the Global Real Estate Practice with Russell Reynolds Associates. Here she leads client engagements across the C-Suite and other leadership mandates. Based in San Francisco, Trina spends her time working with commercial real estate and investment management clients on traditional senior hires, as well those where the industry intersect with technology. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Trina was a Director in the Search Practice for Ferguson Partners, a global consulting firm serving the real estate investment management industry for the past 30 years. Trina consults with CEO’s, Boards of Directors and Senior Executives on hiring strategies, organizational design and the recruitment of mid to senior level talent. Ferguson Partners clients base cross private equity, portfolio companies, investment managers, and operators. As of 2018, Trina is responsible for launching the Real Estate PropTech Practice, addressing the needs of clients where the confluence of real estate investment management meets technology, innovation and data science. Trina began her career in finance with Oppenheimer & Company in San Francisco and has spent the last 8 years in executive search. She earned a Business Economics degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and played Division I soccer for her alma mater. Trina is a proud Canadian born and raised in Vancouver, BC. She is a founding member of the Real Estate Council for Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area working to build partnerships between the community of clients she serves and the Foundation.
