Report Summary: Opa-Locka has the opportunity to achieve its vast potential by overcoming a few key challenges. The team was tasked with identifying these challenges and developing a plan to create an innovation district that promotes job creation, talent retention and capitalizes on the City’s inherent strengths and pre-existing industries.
