Report Summary: The City of Commerce City (Commerce City) asked ULI Colorado to study the area around its new Regional Transportation District (RTD) commuter rail station at 72nd Avenue to identify opportunities for transit-oriented development (TOD), connectivity to surrounding neighborhoods, and additional community amenities. In August 2021, ULI Colorado convened a Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) composed of volunteer experts to provide recommendations. This report includes the findings and recommendations that came out of that TAP.
