ULI Washington's Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI), together with event sponsors Walker & Dunlop, Chicago Title and Fidelity National Title, gives a look inside the story on Southern Management's high profile $2.4B Fannie Mae credit facility, financed by Walker & Dunlop. The panel includes some of the key team members instrumental in structuring and closing this 67-property multifamily portfolio in the midst of COVID-19. The portfolio is entirely based in the DC metro area, and 60 percent of the properties qualified as mission-driven affordable housing.
