C Change webinar: Towards a climate transition risk assessment tool During this webinar, we will present the latest work by the C Change project team as it explains its methodology and approach to developing an industry tool for pricing climate transition risks into property valuations. Following the webinar, we will be asking for your feedback through a guided survey to enable us to gather your insights to further refine this industry tool. This survey will be emailed to you, giving you an opportunity to review the presentation and share your views and experiences. Developing this tool is a key priority for the ULI C Change program. Without the underpinning of a consistent valuation approach for transition risks, investment markets could stagnate, leaving owners with stranded assets and illiquid markets.
