Alan Feldman

Biografía: January 2004 Alan Feldman Alan F. Feldman, age 40, President of Resource Real Estate, the real estate division of Resource America Inc. (REXI - NASDAQ) oversees a diversified investment portfolio comprised of over $600M of office, apartments and retail properties, Mr. Feldman sets the strategic direction for the companies portfolio and also directs the acquisition and fund raising efforts of the firm's real estate private equity business. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Feldman was a vice president at Lazard, Freres & Co., an investment banking firm, specializing in real estate advisory work, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and asset and portfolio transactions. From 1992 through 1998 Mr. Feldman was an Executive Vice President of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust and its predecessor, The Rubin Organization, where he was responsible for the firm's 20 million square feet of managed retail properties. Previously, from 1990 to 1992 Mr. Feldman had been a Director at Strouse, Greenberg & Co., a regional full service real estate company. From 1986 through 1988, Mr. Feldman was an engineer at Squibb Corporation. Mr. Feldman received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from Tufts University in 1985 and 1986 respectively, and a Master of Business Administration, Real Estate and Finance concentration, from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1990.
