Josh Goad
Biografía: Josh Goad is the founder and CEO of TrebleOak, a turn-key commercial real estate development services firm. Previously, he was a leader on the land development team at Hillwood, A Perot Company, where he served as a development manager. Prior to Hillwood, Josh worked at The Beck Group as a construction manager in their integrated design-build group. His career began as an architect at Jacobs Engineering Group. He has been a longtime member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Dallas-Fort Worth. He currently serves on the Governance Committee and Advisory Board as the District Council Chair. Josh is also a member of the ULI Dallas-Fort Worth Mixed-Use Product Council. In 2014, Josh founded ULI’s Building Industry Leaders program, a cooperation with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Dallas and Tarrant County. He was named ULI Dallas-Fort Worth member of the year in 2015. Josh is also a proud past Board member for Camp John Marc, an organization that provides high-quality camping experiences for children and families with chronic medical and physical challenges. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and received the AIA Henry Adams Certificate of Merit. He also earned a Master of Architecture degree from UTA and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University.
