Bruce Habig
Biografía: Bruce Habig Bruce Habig is a Managing Director, and a senior client manager in the Real Estate Finance Group at Natixis. Mr. Habig has over 25 years of commercial real estate finance experience, focusing on transactions throughout the entire real estate capital structure. Previously, Mr. Habig was a senior client relationship manager at Barclays, responsible for large loan origination as well as a broad range of real estate debt transactions including fixed- and floating-rate CMBS, transitional (balance sheet) loans, mezzanine loans and preferred equity. Prior to Barclays, Mr. Habig was a Director in Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group for 14 years, where he was also responsible for loan origination (including mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and credit facilities), and for providing capital markets and financial advisory services (including public and private debt and equity, syndicated financing, and M&A advisory services). Prior to joining Natixis, Mr. Habig also worked at Ackman Ziff, as a Managing Director where he advised clients on high value-add debt, mezzanine and equity financings as an intermediary. Mr. Habig holds a BS degree from the Indiana University School of Business and an MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania
