Robert Pinkard

Biografía: Robert M. Pinkard is co-founder and CEO of Cassidy & Pinkard. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company as well as executing the company's overall business plan. Bob was responsible for the formation of the firm's strategic alliance with Sonnenblick-Goldman in 1993, and for adding property management, construction and development capabilities to the services offered by the company. Cassidy & Pinkard is now the largest locally owned and operated full service real estate brokerage and service company in the Washington metropolitan area. In 1999, Bob was a finalist in the Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" Award Program. Prior to assuming his role as CEO, he was responsible for the firm's Investment Sales Department. His experience in investment sales, joint ventures and other structured transactions in the Washington metropolitan area spans more than 20 years. He continues to work with clients on strategic planning, consulting and transaction assignments. Bob is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Maryland/DC Chapter of The Nature Conservancy; Member of the Board of Directors of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation; Member of the Board of Directors of the France/Merrick Foundation; a Member of the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute's Washington District Council, and a Director of The University of Maryland Foundation, Inc. He is a past Chairman of the Greater Washington Board of Trade's DC Development Committee, and remains active in numerous other committees. He is a graduate of Williams College.
