Biographie :
I am Head of UK Real Estate Research at Aviva Investors Real Assets. I have a significant role in influencing individual funds’ investment strategies as well as leading the house location strategy. I am also part of the senior team that challenge and give guidance on investment and portfolio construction decision-making. I work across our equity, debt and long income mandates. As part of my role I also manage the thought leadership and insight program for the wider Real Assets Research team. Previously, I worked in JLL’s European Retail Research and Consulting team, advising owners, occupiers and developers on their European retail real estate. I have also completed the Investment Management Certificate and have an MSc in Real Estate at Reading University's College of Estate Management. I achieved a distinction for my dissertation on The Future of the UK Physical Retail Market, building on the 1:1 I achieved for my undergraduate Geography dissertation from UCL, on the effects of the London Overground Extension on south east London's residential property market.
