Kenneth Rhee

Biographie : Since 2019,I have been running a BIM consulting and software development business, Integral VIM, based in Shanghai, China. Also, since 2012, I have been running Huhan Advisory that provides financial consulting service for real estate industry. Between 2012 and 2023, I served as Executive Director for ULI in mainland China and contributed to the growth of ULI in China and Korea. I wrote and managed numerous ULI publications including advisory panel service reports, case studies, and ULI AP Home Attainability Index report. Previously, I worked for Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan as real estate banker/investor and M&A banker, respectively. I graduated from University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 1998 and from UCLA with a BA in Economics/Business in 1991. Since January 2024, I am based in Atlanta, Georgia in the US and regularly visit Asia Pacific. I am fluent in Korean and Chinese.
