For more than 25 years, Brad has used his real estate, public finance, legal experience and leadership skills to drive complex real estate projects and a host of other initiatives to successful completion or through times of crisis. His real estate development and finance experience ranges from, mixed-¬use commercial developments to publicly owned professional sports facilities. Brad is a two term Governor’s appointee and past chairman of the board of the Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority. He is chairman of the Arizona Organizing Committee hosting the 2016 College Football Playoff Championship Game. Brad also serves on the Greater Phoenix Economic Council board of directors, and is the chairman of WESTMARC. REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE  Represented various clients in projects concerning state land lease applications, commercial land development and real estate finance transactional representation.  Represented various colleges and universities in the development and redevelopment of sport and entertainment, and academic facilities.  Represented various charter and private school clients with a full scope of facility acquisition expertise including feasibility analysis, site selection, project finance, project management and facilities management.  General Counsel and VP of a real estate development company that generated more than US$200 million in annual revenue and owned assets valued at more than US$700 million.  Co-managed the successful wind-down of the real estate company mentioned above liquidating the company's assets and negotiating the payoff of roughly US$800 million in secured debt and bond obligations.  Lead the restructure and growth of an owner representation firm specializing in development of K-12 campuses and collegiate sports facilities. Significantly grew the company's revenue and market reach. Managed development and entitlement of multiple facilities projects.  Chairman of the Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority during a period of significant political and legal challenges and successfully negotiated resolution of those issues.  Chairman of the Arizona Organizing Committee hosting the 2016 National Championship game at University of Phoenix Stadium.  Member of Final Four Exploratory Committee that evaluated and successfully bid to host the 2017 NCAA Final Four Tournament at University of Phoenix Stadium.  Appointed by Governor Brewer to a Fiesta Bowl Oversight Committee formed to protect the Fiesta Bowl in the wake of public corruption scandal.  Ran the grassroots campaign for voter approval of public funding for University of Phoenix stadium, cactus league facility construction, tourism promotion, and other public facilities.  Led a successful effort to change Arizona's tax code on behalf of the Apollo Group to provide significant tax relief to Arizona based service providers; resulted in a significant tax benefit to Apollo, an Arizona based Fortune 500 company.
