Résumé du webinaire :
Research shows that integrating art into real estate has a significant positive return on investment. And in addition to adding value to properties, art creates unique, memorable experiences for tenants, visitors, and communities. This ULI global webinar features creatives from across the U.S., sharing examples of successful integration of art into real estate and with a discussion on a few of the ways art can add value to properties. Featured projects include the 11th Street Bridge Park in Washington, DC; Crosstown Concourse in Memphis, TN; and Confluence Park in San Antonio, TX. The session will also include a presentation on key findings from new research on the positive return on investment (ROI) for placemaking interventions. The program is part of Art in Place, a global cohort of ULI National and District Councils working to connect artists, developers, and community voices to drive more inclusive and participatory real estate outcomes.
