Entering its 9th year, the ULI Curtner Urban Leadership Program has a mission to cultivate thought and industry leadership by immersing emerging leaders in the real estate and land use industry in the challenges and opportunities of developing the Greater Golden Horseshoe.  Registrations are now open to apply for the ‘Class of 2025’ mid-career cohort that will focus on industry innovation and leadership to redefine practices for better buildings, spaces, and places. Join our free online Open House, featuring representatives from the Class of 2024 who had as their cohort focus the challenges of: How to Tackle the escalating Urban Crisis of Housing Affordability: what must be done to increase the availability of affordable housing in Toronto through increased government and not-for-profit ownership. The Open House will include: Highlights of the 2024 Cohort presentation to Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow Introduction to the new Curtner Urban Leadership “Dean,” Former City of Toronto Chief Planner, Gregg Lintern How to apply and what to expect as a member of the Class of 2025 Cohort The Curtner Urban Leadership Program is specifically targeted to mid-career real estate, development, and planning professionals in the industry or public service who are ULI members. A limited number of spaces will be reserved at a subsidized rate for professionals working in/with community and not-for-profit groups. Participants (and where applicable their employer) must commit to the full program. PROGRAM COST (Members Only) ULI Member: $1,950 + HST Annual Sponsor Rate: $1,500 + HST Public Sector Member Rate: $550 + HST Program fee shall be charged upon acceptance of application.
