Benjamin Widmyer

バイオグラフィー：Benjamin Widmyer - President Benjamin Widmyer is the founder and President of Widmyer Corporation. In his role in growing the company he has overseen the growth of several of its services. He is knowledgeable in affordable housing management, compliance, historic renovation, ground up construction, acquisition and development. He also is the managing agent for several investment partnerships that allows the company to grow through acquisitions in new markets. The company currently operates in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Ohio and has assets under management in excess of $300 million. Ben has a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from Wofford College where he was a four-year letterman and played quarterback on the football team. After college he played two seasons in the German Football League. He is a licensed commercial Realtor in Idaho and Washington, a licensed Property Manager in Oregon, a CCIM candidate and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and Urban Land Institute. He sits on the board of directors for North Idaho Head Start as well as the Idaho Apartment Association where he serves as the treasurer and sits of the Government Affairs committee.
