Zusammenfassung des Berichts: The Town of Surfside enlisted the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Leadership Institute with developing a plan for the future of downtown Surfside, which is an area approximately ¼ mile in length along southbound State Road A1A (Harding Ave.) between 94th Street and 96th Street. The group tasked with developing this plan consists of five (5) individuals with diverse backgrounds in the development and real estate sector.
