Resumen del informe: La Ciudad de Commerce City (Commerce City) le pidió a ULI Colorado que estudiara el área alrededor de su nueva estación de trenes suburbanos del Distrito Regional de Transporte (RTD) en 72nd Avenue para identificar oportunidades para el desarrollo orientado al tránsito (TOD), conectividad con los vecindarios circundantes y otras amenidades de la comunidad. En agosto de 2021, ULI Colorado convocó un Panel Asesor Técnico (TAP) compuesto por expertos voluntarios para brindar recomendaciones. Este informe incluye los hallazgos y recomendaciones que surgieron de ese TAP.
