William Gardner

传：William Gardner is the founder and CEO of Chesterfield since 2006. Chesterfield is a real estate developer of office, mixed use and industrial projects in the southeastern United States. Will's career in the real estate industry spans over 30 years and includes ground up development valued at several billion dollars and several thousand acres. Will's education includes graduate studies in business and finance at American and Georgetown Universities in Washington, DC and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Clemson University. Will enjoys golfing, fly fishing and worldwide traveling. He serves on the real estate development program advisory board at Clemson and is a longstanding ULI member.
