Daniel Serda is a city planner specializing in urban design, economic development, and stakeholder-driven community planning. He currently serves as an economic development program officer at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC). Dr. Serda manages LISC's local Business Development Organization (BDO) network, through which LISC links on-the-ground entrepreneurial support organizations to a national network to enhance capital access and provide technical assistance to undercapitalized and startup small businesses. He leads LISC Kansas City's Emerging Developer program, a training and capital access initiative for contractors and small developers rehabbing and developing neighborhood housing and community commercial spaces. He also serves as our local lead for LISC’s national Building Innovation for Equitable Childcare initiative, which will fund predevelopment costs for community partners pursuing a “co-location” approach, incorporating high-quality, affordable child care facilities in development projects that offer enhanced workforce development and transit access opportunities. 会员名录  Arrow
