Lawrence Corson

Biography: Larry Corson Larry Corson is a Founder and Managing Member of Corson Cramer Development, a residential land development company focused on single family lot development in Texas. Prior to co-founding Corson Cramer Development, Corson was President of Wilbow Corporation, a privately-owned residential land development company based in Dallas, Texas. Corson was recruited to lead the company to a new level of growth through an accelerated land acquisition program, expansion of equity and debt capital relationships, and instilling an institutional approach to all aspects of the business. In a 30 plus year career focused on real estate investment and development, Larry has worked at a variety of real estate development and private equity firms. Prior to Wilbow, Corson was Director of Residential Development for Cooper and Company, responsible for the development of the Garden District, a luxury enclave of Brownstones and Condominiums located within Southlake Town Square, the internationally acclaimed mixed-use development. Prior to his position with Cooper and Company, Corson was the President and CEO of Crescent Resources, a real estate development company based in Charlotte, NC. Prior to Crescent, Corson was a Senior Vice President of Hunt Realty Investments, where he was responsible for the company's land development activities. Starting in the 1990's Corson was a Principal with Westbrook Partners where he ran several portfolio companies focused on residential and golf course development. Early in his career, Corson held positions with J.E. Robert Company, Trammell Crow Ventures, and Jones Lang Wootton Realty Advisors. Corson serves on the leadership team of the local Community Development Council in North Texas. Corson's public service includes past positions as Mayor Pro Tem and Town Councilmember of the Town of Westlake, Texas
