Active member of SCUP National-sit on national Development Committee Interests: I believe ULI is uniquely positioned to lead the conversation as to the ability of higher education institutions to positively impact communities by leveraging their intellectual, capital and real estate assets. I am interested in contributing to the discussion as it relates to sustaining the core educational mission of the institution while balancing the real estate interests of the enterprise. I am interested in exploring/communicating emerging development models (in the US and abroad) for higher education (e.g. P3 (or 4); joint ventures; for-profit; off-balance sheet et al) and the implications (physical, socioeconomic) for community development. I hope to contribute to the growth and development of one of ULI's newer councils.
