Each year, ULI's Terwilliger Center for Housing recognizes exemplary developments that expand housing attainability in communities around the United States. This webinar will feature a round robin of the seven developments that won this award in 2021. This webinar will be a great opportunity for attendees to hear about developments that were built to meet their community's particular housing needs. Puerto Rico's first mixed-income and resilient development, 'missing middle' housing in Boise, housing and services for youths experiencing homelessness in Tacoma, sustainable affordable housing that replaced a parking lot in Santa Ana, and adaptive re-use on a UNESCO World Heritage site in San Antonio and are just some examples the audience will learn about.
