EMPLOYMENT HISTORY Catholic Health Initiatives Englewood, Colorado October 2013 - Present System Director, Real Estate Transactions (Acquisition/Disposition, Development & Leasing) - Oversight of all transaction activity for system real estate portfolio in excess of 65M SF (average of 800 leases expiring annually – 2700 total leases across portfolio). - Developed and implemented all CHI lease administration and transaction management processes including: o Collaborating with key organization stakeholders (legal, risk, facilities, mission, treasury, tax, finance, etc) to develop the CHI standard real estate agreements. o Ensuring each transaction adheres to all CHI compliance and organization policies/procedures (including STARK/anti-kickback). o Development and implementation of proforma transaction presentation/analysis templates. o Managed initial implementation of Harborflex (lease administration database platform) and abstraction of leases; co-development of CHI lease administration standard policies/procedures; currently manage ongoing data integrity audits and day to day lease administration activities. o Oversaw implementation of Salesforce (transaction management system); establishing customized report templates; day to day use of the system and reporting. o Ongoing collaboration with key advisors (internal and external) for process improvement and resource management. - Managed, structured, negotiated and closed over $1B in sale leaseback transactions; successfully obtaining off balance sheet lease treatment and sale leaseback treatment.
