Directed the activities of providers, Trammell Crow and CB Richard Ellis, in the property management and disposition of marketable nationwide excess property portfolio of over 200 sites with 550,000 s.f. in buildings, 5.7 million s.f. land and over $84 million in Net Book Value. Managed program expenses of over $1 million to ensure budget compliance. Established policies and programs for non-restaurant related equipment, devices and services to create revenue opportunities. Interpreted ATM policy and negotiated appropriate contracts. · Developed and implemented the expansion of a trial outsourcing program, refocusing regions on management of excess. Increased program participation from 28% in 1998 pilot program to 77% in the initial year of the program.
