Biographie: President of W2 Real Estate Partners, a Texas-based development and investment firm. We product generalists with a track record in Multifamily, Senior Living, Student Housing, Mixed-use, Office and Industrial, having completed over $2 billion in development and iacquisitions. Previously CFO for Simmons Vedder Partners, the predessessor company to W2 Real Estate Partners. With Lincoln National Life running from 1992 - 2000, responsible for over $1 billion in equity and J.V transactions nationally in virtually all property types. With Chase Manhattan Bank from 1985 - 1992 VP / Relationship Manager in real estate construction lending, officed in New York, Houston and Dallas. Graduate of the University of Texas-Austin with degree in Real Estate & Urban Planning. Past ULI-Austin chapter Treasurer, and ULI Multifamily Silver product council member.
