Robert Gardner

Biography:
Prior to 2020, Robert J. Gardner (Bob), served as Managing Director, at RCLCO's Los Angeles office. Bob began his association with RCLCO beginning in 1985. While at RCLCO, he, headed up all residential, commercial, economic and litigation support assignments out of the Los Angeles office dealing with market evaluation, market positioning, economic base assessment, financial feasibility, and fiscal implications of commercial and residential real estate projects. He enjoyed his many years at RCLCO and pleased to be part of the firm's growth and maturity. Recent and ongoing ULI involvement includes the Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) Committee at ULI Los Angeles. There he served as chair of the committee and has participated in many panels managed by the TAP Committee. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors at Community Corp of Santa Monica (California), a non-profit developer, owner, and operator of low-income rental housing. these rental units, now totalling over 2,000 units are located in Santa Monica and West Los Angeles. Additional involvement at Community Corp include the Executive Committee and Committe involvement relating to operations, finance, and the development pipeline. Member Directory  Arrow
