Elizabeth Propp

Biografía: Elizabeth Propp is the Senior Vice President for Investments at The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC), a leader in the financing of affordable housing and community development projects in NYC and throughout New York State. She was previously managing director and acquisitions team leader for the Northeast region of Real Estate Americas at JP Morgan Investment Management. During her 15 years at JP Morgan, her focus was on making equity real estate investments on behalf of institutional clients, primarily pension funds. Her transaction experience includes office, multi-family, retail and industrial property acquisitions and ground-up developments in the New York City area, New England and California, and covers a range of strategies including core, value-add and opportunistic. Ms. Propp has also worked at NYU’s Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy, the NY Penn Station Redevelopment project, and the New York City Economic Development Corporation. She is a graduate of Harvard University and Yale School of Management.
